About Our Team

Hanna Eadline, Owner

Hanna has been athletic from a young age. As a child, she trained as a gymnast for 7 years, which eventually led to her career in dance. She studied the Cecchetti Method of Ballet under the late Carolyn Trythall (Lancaster School of Ballet) to become a teacher. Hanna started teaching dance at Cavod Academy of the Arts, where she was already performing as a member of their dance company. As a teacher and performer, she traveled internationally to countries such as Aruba and South Africa.

Needing some rest and relaxation from her busy life, Hanna was introduced to Yoga. Her regular practice led her to complete a 200-hr teacher training with Maria van der Meij at The Yoga Path (formerly Yoga on Orange). She is also a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Wanting to expand her career beyond teaching, Hanna received her Associate’s Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Central Penn College. This inspired her to open Elevate with her best friend, Cara.

Hanna loves having fun and exploring all kinds of fitness (and recently became a licensed Zumba instructor!).  It’s her goal to build confidence in others and help them feel good through movement

Cara Dienner, Owner

Cara has been passionate about movement her entire life. She has been choreographing and teaching dance for over 10 years. She received formal ballet training from the Cecchetti Council of America under the tutelage of the late Carolyn Trythall (Lancaster School of Ballet). Eager to share her love of movement with others, she has taught at local dance studios, Cavod Academy of the Arts and Premiere Danse Academy and is the former Adjunct Professor of Dance at Lancaster Bible College.
She has traveled internationally, teaching dance in Aruba, South Africa, and Brazil. During her travels, she was inspired by world rhythms and became a licensed Zumba instructor.
Cara originally came to yoga as a means to supplement her dance career and to recover from injury. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Maria van der Meij at The Yoga Path (formerly Yoga On Orange) and is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance.
Cara has shared much of her journey with her best friend (and business partner) Hanna. Together, they created Elevate. Cara's hope is to create a space for people from all walks of life to explore movement and feel comfortable in their own skin!

MAGGIE C. MOWERY, Yoga (Sub)

Maggie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Maggie is a certified Alignment Yoga instructor, as  well as a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. In the past, her yoga practice consisted of Ashtanga Yoga and Aerial Yoga, but in more recent years her interests have turned towards Wall Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Alignment Yoga. Maggie is registered with the Yoga Alliance.

Maggie is particularly proud of the fact that she is a certified Alignment Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Sanctuary School. "Alignment Yoga has literally changed my life. I now have a much deeper understanding of how the human body works and of how I can align my own values with the life that I wish to lead."

When she is not on her yoga mat, Maggie loves to paint, sculpt in clay, draw, sew, hike, kayak, camp and spend as much time as possible with the ones she loves.

MICHELLE Richardson, Storybook Yoga

Michelle is an award-winning early childhood special education teacher with over 20 years experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from La Salle University. In 2017, she received the Points of Transformation award by the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services for her work in the field of Early Intervention.

She is passionate about helping young children of all abilities develop a love of learning, especially in the area of reading and literacy. In her classes, she found that adding yoga poses during story time helped her students become more engaged with the story while helping to develop their gross motors skills. Michelle is excited to be co-teaching Storybook Yoga with her daughter, Cara and Hanna!
